Our Accounting Department performs all the traditional and necessary
services – including financial performance analysis, risk and strategic analysis, and accounts billable and receivable – using generally accepted accounting methods. In short, we evaluate the performance and financial health of Ivie which, in turn, helps save our clients money, too.

Client Services
Client Services serves as your primary advocate within Ivie. By working on-site, we’re able to better understand your needs and communicate them to the support departments throughout the company.
Communication Services
Communication Services develops sound communication strategies, campaigns and messages for success as well as provides the execution to market.
Campaigns and company events may involve traditional PR, media pitching, social PR campaigns, digital communication services or brand building.
Internal communication vehicles include intranet, newsletters, webTV and all play a significant role for communication teams.
External facing public communication pieces like annual reports, client newsletters, and website content messaging all communicate your brand message, as do corporate events like store grand openings or annual shareholders meetings.

Corporate Services
Corporate Services works hard to locate and secure the best print solutions available. We provide aggressive pricing, print expertise, and project management services for a wide array of printing and mailing needs. Our daily mission is to deliver the most effective print message to the consumer at the lowest possible cost to our client.
Creative Services
Our talented team of designers, conceptualists, artists, and writers specialize in effective retail campaigns. We believe successful projects are more than catchy designs and phrases. They’re the right blend of impactful, creative, and relevant content to help our clients reach their customers. We’re not in this to win awards or get special recognition. Call Center & Customer Support
As a line of support for our retail clients and as a stand-alone offering, the Ivie Customer Support Center provides a range of services. Our experience with consumer data management and retail loyalty programs led to the development of our dedicated Customer Support Center. Services include Inbound Customer Service, Outbound Store Operations/Marketing Support/Audits, Forms Processing Services, Recall Notification Services and Order Fulfillment Services. Additionally, we have developed and license our Beyond The Call® Customer Service Management Software and provide Customer Service Consulting Services.

Human Resources
Human Resources is a lesser-known component of Ivie from a client perspective, but it’s no less crucial, a behind-the-scenes component of Ivie. We help familiarize new associates with Ivie as well as organize events that strengthen the Ivie community.
Information Technology
Information Technology keeps Ivie functioning by supporting internal desktop and networking needs. But our IT team goes way beyond just desktop support. We also help clients by designing custom Web applications: digital asset management sites, project management software, and soft proofing applications – all built with a focus on usability and design.
Installation Services
Installation Services encompasses the external, out-in-the-field work that we perform for our clients. Through creation of custom programs tailored to each individual client’s needs and the use of Ivie-designed workflow tracking software, we’re able to provide our clients with the best solutions for installation and field reporting services.

Operations
Ivie was built with efficiency in mind, and it’s Operations that keeps that tradition going. We establish, document and train associates on process and procedure to ensure we are as efficient – and effective – as possible.
Pre-Media
Pre-Media consists of three areas: Production, Proofreading and Prepress. Our experts in design and quality control help ensure that our clients’ materials feature a strong, clear look and feel.
Production teams produce print and media material, from POS signs to broadcast commercials, with a focus on automation and technical expertise. Proofreading ensures that all materials adhere to the highest quality standards. And the Prepress team serves as the final quality control checkpoint for all print jobs, ensuring that critical print deadlines are met; most files are in and out of the department within a few hours.
