Page production is a necessary evil; in this month’s newsletter, CPS looks at various page production methods and explores how automation, combined with labor cost advantages, equates to big savings. A simple, three-step example of an automated workflow shows the benefits and efficiencies captured by using automated methods. Also in this issue, you’ll meet our Premedia Artist, Fox Cai, and read about our experiences at this year’s Book Expo America. Click the link below to download the newsletter!

July 27th, 2009 by Ivie#3 Home Improvement Retailer in the World Taps Ivie for Extensive In-Store Signage Program
July 23rd, 2009 by adminFlower Mound, Texas – June, 2009:
After an extensive search and selection process by B&Q (the third largest home improvement company in the world), Ivie has been awarded the task of developing a new, comprehensive category management solution for in-store signage in the company’s China locations. Through a combined effort between Ivie Asia and Ivie US headquarters, Ivie was able to beat out multiple companies for this incredible opportunity. B&Q is a division of the second largest retailer in the world—Kingfisher plc.
Due to internal adjustments and operations at B&Q stores, a complete category management signage solution is needed to better direct and better communicate with B&Q customers during their shopping experience. With multiple years of experience and expertise developing impactful in-store signage programs, Ivie was a natural fit.
Ivie has already started the marketing research and strategy, as well as the in-store signage design and creative. Ivie will develop, produce and install the new signage solution this summer in the test store. The complete category management signage system will be released to all China stores by the fall. This is an incredible opportunity to further expand Ivie’s international footprint with another leading global retailer.
