It all started harmlessly enough, but soon the friendly knocking down of pins turned into a heated competition. With nothing but sheer guts, egg rolls and fried cheese sticks, the employees of Ivie gave it all they had, and then some, to be the biggest winner or loser.

Some worked months on perfecting their gutter ball, while others actually worked on a secret, solid technique that is rumored to result in higher scores.

“The cheese sticks really upped my game,” replied one roller of the rock. “I’m planning a strict diet of fried cheese sticks with the occasional Marinara side to prepare for next year’s event.”
