Ivie Honored as a National Standard Top Workplace
Flower Mound, Texas (November 14, 2011) – Ivie & Associates has been named a National Standard Top Workplace for 2011 by the Dallas Morning News. Ivie credits the exemplary work by its employees as the reason for the award recognition."We take pride in our work and the company that our associates have helped build, and it is an honor to be recognized nationally for our excellent workplace standards," said CEO and Founder Warren Ivie. "This important milestone is a direct reflection of the exceptional associates we have at Ivie."
Public, private, government and nonprofit organizations are all eligible to receive an award, and award winners are determined based upon 24-question surveys submitted to each company's employees. Open-ended survey questions covered a variety of topics including company leadership, employee benefits and employee morale. Ivie has received national recognition in the midsize (150-499 employees) category as a result of its employees' response.
